Job summary

42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan through delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and maintain records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and tests.
• Perform surgical procedures and provide preventive care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
