42North Dental is seeking a General Dentist in Torrington, CT to manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules (2-5 days/week, 8AM-5PM) with compensation up to 36% of collections and a competitive annual earning range. Benefits support health, vision, and professional development within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
