Talisman Advisory Partners is partnering with a growing developer, owner, and operator of behind-the-meter energy infrastructure to appoint its first General Counsel. The role sits with the executive team, reporting to the CEO and leading the legal function across transactions from term sheets to close.

You will negotiate with customers, lenders, and investors, shape commercial terms, and manage the closing process to ensure bankable, compliant deals that protect projects and value.

Competenze

• Senior deal seat with leadership of legal function.
• Experience negotiating PPAs, EPC contracts, and financing docs.
• Track record managing outside counsel and drive to close.

Mansioni

• Lead negotiations on customer and offtake agreements, EPC and financing documents.
• Own closings from term sheet through funding with lenders and investors.
• Direct outside counsel and manage legal spend proportionate to deal value.
• Advise on SPV/Holdco structures and intercreditor dynamics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax credit considerations are integrated.
