This position will provide legal advice andsupport on various legal issues such as: PPA drafting and negotiations, ISDA drafting andnegotiations, gas trading agreements, “Know Your Customer” processes, generalcommercial contract negotiations, regulatory investigation and claim management and allother legal issues presented to this business line. This position reports to and has frequentinteraction with both the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs for the United Statesand Canada and the Global Legal Head of Power Purchase Agreements Legal Affairs.
