Enel North America Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned energy legal professional to support the Energy Management and Commodities Trading team.
You will draft and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements, REC and ISDA agreements, and advise on complex commercial transactions. You will interact with senior leaders, guide regulatory and compliance matters, and help manage permitting, claims, and litigation related to the energy trading business.

This position supports the Energy Management and Commodities Trading team of Enel
North America, Inc. an Enel Group company. This position will provide legal advice and
support on various legal issues such as: PPA drafting and negotiations, ISDA drafting and
negotiations, gas trading agreements, "Know Your Customer" processes, general
commercial contract negotiations, regulatory investigation and claim management and all
other legal issues presented to this business line. This position reports to and has frequent
interaction with both the Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs for the United States
and Canada and the Global Legal Head of Power Purchase Agreements Legal Affairs. This
position will frequently interact with both senior executives and other members of the
trading team, senior executives at Enel North America Inc and Enel S.p.A. level.

The pay range for this position is $198,000.00 to $297,000.00 annually. The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
