Job summary

Beyer Group in Austin, TX is seeking General Construction Laborers to join our hands-on field operations team. You will load and move materials, clean work areas, assist with installations, and help keep job sites safe and organized.

No prior field experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. This is a full-time, non-exempt role that may include overtime, weekends, or holidays. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with bonus opportunities if goals are met.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work and ability to report by 6:00 AM.
• Experience in general labor or construction is a plus, but not required.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather and noisy environments.
• Willing to learn and take on different tasks.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and assist with loading/unloading on job sites.
• Support with job-site cleanup and debris removal.
• Assist with installing and removing fencing and other materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and attend required meetings.
