The Beyer Group is hiring General Construction Laborers for field operations in the Richmond, TX area. This is an outdoor, hands‑on role involving loading and moving materials and supporting various job‑site tasks. No prior field experience is required, and on‑the‑job training is provided.

The position is full‑time and non-exempt, with potential overtime, weekends, or holidays depending on project needs. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with yearly bonus opportunities if company goals are met.

Qualifications

• No prior field experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be able to report to work by 6:00 AM and work overtime on weekends/holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and supplies around job sites.
• Perform job-site cleanup and support with cleaning streets and work areas.
• Assist with installing and removing materials such as fencing or other job-site components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and attend required meetings.
