Job summary

Beyer Group in Houston, TX is seeking General Construction Laborers to support field operations, loading and moving materials, cleaning and maintaining work areas, and assisting with other general labor tasks. No prior field experience is required, and on‑job training is provided.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position that may require overtime, weekend, or holiday work. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with bonus opportunities if company goals are met.

Qualifications

• No prior field experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and stand/walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to report by 6:00 AM.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and supplies around job sites.
• Assist with job-site cleanup and maintenance.
• Support installation and removal of materials as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and attend required meetings.
