Job Description

We are seeking hard-working, hands-on individuals to provide general labor services to support commercial construction and renovation projects for financial institutions. Project work takes place after hours and on weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction sites as needed
• Clean the construction site nightly to ensure readiness for the following day
• Remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials
• Perform general demolition work
• Move furniture on the job site to accommodate subcontracted trades
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimal construction experience necessary
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Assist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site
• Handle and transport materials (e.g., cement) and equipment (e.g., drills and grinders)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able and willing to work nights and weekends
• Clean DMV record, pass drug test, and background check; must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outside, including during inclement weather
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
