Job description

We are seeking hard-working, hands-on individuals to provide general labor services supporting commercial construction and renovation projects for financial institutions.

Note: Project work occurs after hours and on weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare construction sites as needed.
2. Clean the site nightly to ensure readiness for the next day.
3. Remove and dispose of debris and waste materials properly.
4. Perform general demolition work.
5. Move furniture on-site to facilitate subcontracted trades.
6. Follow all safety procedures and report violations immediately.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

1. No prior construction experience necessary.
2. Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
3. Assist carpenters, painters, or other tradespeople on-site.
4. Handle and transport materials and equipment safely.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to prioritize workload.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Willingness to work nights and weekends.
9. Pass DMV, drug tests, and background checks; must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

1. Lift and move 50+ pounds.
2. Work indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather.
3. Stand for extended periods.
4. Climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
