Insulation Install Tech

Position Summary:

1. To install foam insulation in walls of existing homes
2. To install loose fiberglass insulation or batt insulation in attic, crawl-space, or other areas of home
3. To perform service calls as directed by the foreman or owner/operator

Essential Functions:

1. Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
2. Able to work on ladders (up to 28ft)
3. Able to work with hand tools
4. Able to work with drills, pumps and all equipment necessary for installing insulation (Training provided)
5. Take pride in high quality work
6. Provide all customers with excellent customer service
7. Follow all policies and procedures of USA Insulation while on duty
8. Perform any and all other functions or tasks assigned by the crew chief and owner/operator

Status & Scope:

1. Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
2. Installers must possess good organization and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

1. No “insulation” experience required
2. Commitment to customer service
3. Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
