Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Landscaping, stone, or hardscape work, preferred. (but we're willing to train the right candidate!)

• Physically Fit: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Job Sites: Excavate, grade, and prepare project areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
• Install Hardscape Features: Use pavers and natural stone to build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and drainage systems.
• Craft Stone Masonry Projects: Shape and install stone for fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and decorative stone features with precision and care.
• Operate Tools & Equipment: Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery like skid loaders, mini excavators, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Support & Collaborate: Communicate clearly with crew leaders and teammates, troubleshoot site challenges, and contribute to problem-solving as a team.
• Uphold Excellence: Follow company standards and safety practices while delivering the quality and craftsmanship Dutchie's is known for.
• Problem Solve: Use math skills and blueprint reading knowledge to resolve on-site challenges successfully.

What We Offer Our General Laborer:

• $20-$23/hr – DOE
• Full-time availability – 50 hr/week with optional Saturday work
