Prismhr Hire is seeking a Production Staff - Assembler to perform a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks in a manufacturing setting. The role follows established methods for wiring, component and board installation, and cable harnessing while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities include using hand tools, torque drivers, and the CORE ERP system to complete daily production activities with accuracy, while maintaining safety and organization on the production floor.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience, or equivalent, in electronic assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and ERP system information.

• Follow methods and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, board installation, and cable harnessing.
• Utilize the CORE ERP system (CORE) to complete daily production activities.
• Use provided materials and tools to complete assemblies or subassemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect and check quality at each step of the assembly process to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Complete assigned tasks within takt time to ensure efficient product flow.
• Work safely and follow all HSL and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance.

Job Summary
