Hedge is building the operating system for commercial insurance distribution. Most founding roles are based in San Francisco and work in person with the team. You will define what you own and how it moves the company forward.

We offer health benefits and meaningful equity, with base salary between $125K and $250K and 0.25%-1.50% equity. The actual package depends on role, seniority, and the scope we define together.
