Job summary

RWS TrainAI in the United States seeks General AI Data Annotators fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English to remotely annotate and validate AI outputs. This part-time W-2 role offers 20 hours per week with a training program to onboard you to project guidelines.

You will review AI-generated marketing content, refine business terminology responses, and provide structured feedback to improve AI-powered tools, all from a home office.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Exceptional written communication in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week with flexible hours; onboarding on-demand window 9:00–17:00 for first 10 business days.

• Job Type: Part-time employee (W2)
• Location: Remote from one of the following states: CA (except SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (except NY City Area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI.
• Schedule: 20 hours/week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday)
• Compensation: $21.50/hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible

What You'll Do

• Evaluate Marketing AI: Review AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights to ensure they are relevant, clear, and highly useful for businesses.
• Refine Business Content: Draft, edit, and correct AI responses related to business terminology, applying critical thought to ensure accuracy and natural language flow.
• Provide Structured Feedback: Identify improvement areas to enhance AI-powered marketing and business support tools.

Note: Full training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with flexible daily hours. Exception: During the first 10 business days, you must be reachable online between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for onboarding.
• Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Requires a reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+) and high-speed internet.
