Ektello is seeking a General Affairs Manager who will join the Human Resources Division Leadership Team in Plano, TX. This role focuses on managing internal team member services, space planning, vendor coordination, and budgeting to support company events and operations.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English, possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and have at least three years of supervisory experience with strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in writing/editing newsletters and other Company communications.
  • Department budgeting experience.
  • Experience with policy operation under Company sponsored programs.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans.
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and inspire Team Members.
  • Must establish performance expectations and hold Team Members accountable for meeting annual goals and objectives.
  • Must be goal oriented, customer focused, and results driven.
  • Must establish and maintain a departmental budget.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to set strategic direction and to manage teams.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT; identifies gaps and drives resolution.
  • Manages corporate lease vehicle program, renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Evaluates GA-related invoices for accuracy; resolves discrepancies with Finance and vendors.
  • Manages space inventory records including floor plans and occupancy data; prepares reports for planning decisions.
  • Develops bilingual meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up documentation for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures aligned with HQ standards and US requirements.
  • Develops GA performance reports and dashboards for management review, covering metrics and cost trends.
  • Ad hoc manages Company-sponsored employee engagement events and programs onsite.
  • Manages day-to-day facility operations including maintenance requests, cleaning, security access, and supply management.

Job description

General Affairs Manager – KOREAN BILINGUAL KOREAN BILINGUAL W2 Contract, min of 12 months ONSITE at Plano, TX Target W2 $35-38/hr. The General Affairs Manager is a member of the Human Resources Division Leadership Team and is responsible for managing the following Team Member services: domestic and international travel, Expatriate assistance, vending and food services, janitorial services, administrative supplies, and Company sponsored events. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the annual departmental budget.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leads cross-functional coordination across GA Operations, Space Planning, and IT functions; evaluates work coverage gaps and drives resolution.
  • Manages corporate lease vehicle program, including renewal scheduling, compliance monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Evaluates GA-related invoices for accuracy; resolves discrepancies with Finance and vendors to ensure timely and compliant processing.
  • Manages space inventory records including floor plans and occupancy data; conducts space utilization analysis and prepares reports to support planning decisions.
  • Develops bilingual meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up documentation to support cross-regional collaboration and alignment.
  • Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with HQ standards and US operational requirements.
  • Develops GA performance reports and dashboards for management and HQ review, covering key metrics, cost trends, and initiative progress.
  • Ad Hoc Manages Company-sponsored employee engagement events and programs, including VIP visits and other onsite activities.
  • Manages day-to-day facility operations including maintenance requests, cleaning services, security access administration, and supply management.
