• Assist vehicle management: logs, inspections, repairs scheduling.
• Enter invoices in SAP and track budgets.
• Record material consumption and process requisitions.
• Prepare express mail shipments and records.
• Monitor external service providers for cleaning and lawn care.
• Audit inventory and replenish stock.
• Move supplies and assemble furniture as needed.
• Perform occasional light janitorial tasks.
• Support health, safety, and 5S programs.
• Assist in bulletin board postings and inventory systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Investigate inventory issues and assist management.
