Hankook Tire seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead, drive, and administer a best-in-class recruiting process. You will source, attract, interview, hire, and onboard employees to meet short- and long-term goals within a manufacturing environment in Clarksville, TN.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop staffing plans, implement sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong applicant pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in HR/staffing or recruiting.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and hiring plans.
• Determine selection criteria and manage candidate expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines of applicants.
• Source applicants through online channels and social networks.
• Manage job postings and candidate flow via an ATS and HRIS.
• Organize and attend job fairs to build candidate pipelines.
