Qualifications

• Required: high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Accounting/Business/Economics major as preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely and accurate manner per procedures.
• Analyze financial statements, credit cards, bank statements and other reports for accuracy.
• Reconcile purchase orders, prices, terms, and charges.
• Reconcile monthly statements, budgets and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and reporting requirements.
• Perform SOX audits as directed by managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
