Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing and inventory control.
• Business administration major or related advanced degree preferred.
• Several years of relevant purchasing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials and manage PR/PO process for spare MRO parts.
• Oversee MRO inventory and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage vendor quotes, bids, and competitive strategies.
• Verify consigned MRO inventories and invoicing.
• Direct operators and assign tasks for MRO receiving and warehouse.
• Issue and adjust purchase orders to meet actual needs.
• Monitor MRO inventory system data and reports on cycle count activity.
• Report on spending vs. monthly operating budgets.
• Support health, safety, and environmental programs.
