Responsibilities

• Ensure safe production operations following company standards.
• Coordinate with team and other departments to execute production plans.
• Maintain regular attendance as a core job function.
• Develop and adjust production plans to ensure continuous output.
• Update production plans in the system for accurate information sharing.
• Lead scrap reduction initiatives and monitor waste levels.
• Communicate with Manufacturing Units for feedback and plan adjustments.
• Handle daily production administrative tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
