• 4+ years of technical experience (software development, ML/AI systems, or other hands‑on engineering work).
• 10+ years of technical product management or engineering experience, with at least 5 years at a senior level owning portfolio strategy.
• Experience delivering large‑scale products from concept through launch.
• Hands‑on experience shipping AI/ML or Generative AI products at scale and prototyping with GenAI tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent); MBA or MS/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the persona strategy for GenAI experiences and establish scalable data‑driven frameworks.
• Translate insights into a portfolio of GenAI applications and define investment theses for each concept.
• Own working backwards narratives and provide functional prototypes to complement PR/FAQs.
• Make hard prioritization decisions balancing impact, feasibility, and value.
• Influence senior leadership and drive cross‑org partnerships to scale persona insights.
• Represent AWS externally through advisory boards, sessions, whitepapers, and live demos.
• Engage with external customers to observe workflows and ensure design decisions reflect real behavior.
• Attract, mentor, and develop PM talent; model a builder PM culture with hands‑on experimentation.
