Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Program Leader for GenAI & Voice AI Innovation within the Global Digital Experience (GDX) team. You will own end-to-end operationalization of pilots, design evaluation frameworks, and build phased playbooks for multi-market rollout.

This builder role runs multiple programs at different maturity stages, coordinating with Tech, Product, Ops and external vendors to scale gating criteria and governance across markets and languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Program Management.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering-focused degrees or MBA preferred.
• Hands-on design of evaluation frameworks and SOPs for AI/automation programs.
• Experience with conversational/Voice AI and multi-market rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for GenAI/Voice AI pilots across markets.
• Design evaluation frameworks and handoffs for vendor partnerships.
• Lead pilot operations, QA, and knowledge transfer to BAU teams.
• Define phased scale-up gates and governance for programs.
