Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Program Leader for GenAI & Voice AI Innovation within the Global Digital Experience team. This builder role oversees end-to-end operationalization of pilots, vendor selection, and multi-market rollout across markets and languages.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to design policy-driven, guardrail-powered conversational flows, curate datasets, and scale programs with governance and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GenAI/Voice AI pilots and phased global expansion.
• Design and run vendor evaluation frameworks with quantitative metrics.
• Manage day-to-day pilot operations during launch windows with quality monitoring.
• Lead knowledge/API handoff and onboarding for external vendor partnerships.
• Translate policy into conversational flows with guardrails for AI automation.
• Ground evaluation and model tuning with golden datasets and edge cases.
• Define phased scale-up gates and governance before expanding scope.
