Job summary

Uber is seeking a Director of Product to lead Agentic AI for Customer Experience, building a multimodal autonomous AI agent that understands images, voice, and text and operates at scale.

You will guide a team of Product Managers across regions, shaping the vision, ensuring high-quality execution, and aligning with executives to drive impact for nearly a billion interactions annually.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and multi-year strategy for Uber's agentic AI customer experience across products and markets.
• Build a world-class AI customer agent that can understand text, images, and voice; reason through ambiguous situations and take actions.
• Drive bleeding-edge AI capabilities including multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning, HITL training, self-learning systems.
• Own end-to-end product quality and AI platform capabilities for evaluation, simulations, observability, and debugging.
• Drive alignment across senior executives and cross-functional teams across Uber’s businesses.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing, cross-geo Product Management organization.
• Raise the bar for execution speed and product quality using AI to accelerate discovery and development.
