Job summary

Uber is seeking a Program Leader for GenAI & Voice AI Innovation within the Global Digital Experience team. You will own end-to-end pilots, design evaluation frameworks, and drive phased, multi-market rollouts across languages and regions.

You'll combine technical and business acumen with solid operational discipline to build repeatable SOPs, governance, and vendor partnerships, leading cross-functional teams and steering complex programs to scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-enabled programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GenAI/Voice AI pilots and expansion.
• Design and run vendor evaluation frameworks.
• Oversee day-to-day pilot operations and QA.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer with external vendors.
