Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering to drive features to completion and remove blockers.
• Dive deep into technical implementations and drive clarity with teams.
• Establish scalable processes as the team grows and gains velocity.
• Own communications from release notes to leadership updates.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
• Coordinate between design system consumers and contributors to drive adoption.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives and manage dependencies across teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive stakeholder engagement.
