Job summary

Amazon AWS Marketing seeks a Technical Program Manager to scale Ask AWS, a GenAI-driven customer experience across AWS properties. You will connect product, engineering, design, applied science, and partner teams to ship features, manage dependencies, and drive fast delivery.

You will influence without authority and align stakeholders across organizations. You will partner with engineering, own communications, and lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while mitigating risks

Qualifications

5+ years in technical product or program management.
2+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering to drive features to completion and remove blockers.
Dive deep into technical implementations and drive clarity with teams.
Establish scalable processes as the team grows and gains velocity.
Own communications from release notes to leadership updates.
Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
Coordinate between design system consumers and contributors to drive adoption.
Lead cross-organizational initiatives and manage dependencies across teams.
Identify and mitigate risks through proactive stakeholder engagement.
