You will lead customer-focused teams, mentor peers, and share reusable artifacts, enabling successful cloud adoption and GenAI enablement across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years building ML models or developing algorithms for business use.
• 5+ years leading technical teams with data, software, or ML engineering, with distributed computing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from business needs to deployment and monitoring.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for high-performance, reliable and secure workloads.
• Build ML solutions and operations using AWS services and GenAI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare, analyze and operationalize data and models.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers on AI/ML and cloud architectures.
• Mentor and share best practices within the organization.
