Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with two+ years of industry experience.
• Strong backend engineering foundation with services, data models, and async processing.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building prototypes or production apps using generative AI.
• Familiar with vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
• Hands-on with retrieval-augmented generation and context engineering for reliability, cost, and latency.
• Strong agent design skills: prompt engineering, tool use, multi-step workflows (ReAct).
• A passion for turning cutting-edge AI into practical, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and next‑gen GenAI applications.
• Develop application and component strategies spanning UX and backend systems.
• Implement observability pipelines tracking inputs, outputs, and latency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI with business goals.
• Support debugging and issue resolution in testing and production.
• Document architecture, methodologies, and innovations for knowledge transfer.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
