The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions using Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI, with Terraform-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will join the Infrastructure Platforms & Operations group to build secure, scalable AI pipelines across AWS Bedrock, cloud services and supporting compute/storage, mentoring teammates and collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AI/ML engineering and cloud infra experience.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.
• Proficiency with Terraform and AWS services, including Bedrock.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement GenAI/RAG/Agentic AI solutions across AWS Cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Develop interfaces and APIs for AI front-end monitoring and orchestration.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
