Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Engineer to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with senior client teams to translate business problems into AI-driven outcomes and contribute to production-grade code with strong testing and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with a pod to deliver solutions, mentor junior teammates, and help shape architectures that balance quality, latency, and cost while leveraging Now Assist,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software/data engineering or analytics.
• 1+ years of hands-on GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments.
• 1+ years of leading project workstreams/engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 2 full life cycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow GenAI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development across Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, App Engine, and the Now Platform APIs.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Partner with leaders, product owners, architects, and engineers to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead working sessions to shape solutions and drive client outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver working AI solutions using industry expertise and emerging capabilities.
• Contribute independently within an FDE pod while mentoring newer team members.
• Build AI-enabled solutions and scalable engineering patterns across enterprise platforms.
