Job summary

Workiva's Growth Solutions team is seeking a Solution Development Consultant to apply GenAI engineering to complex reporting and regulatory challenges. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across financial reporting, sustainability, tax transparency, audit, and other regulated domains on the Workiva platform.

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to define new solutions, develop edge deployments, and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Design AI-powered workflows and agent-based solutions.
• Provide front-line delivery with governance and security in regulated environments.
• Lead customer workshops and solution reviews to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest customer problems end-to-end, from prototype to production.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows on the Workiva platform.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders.
