Job summary

Workiva Inc. seeks a Solution Development Consultant to apply GenAI engineering to complex reporting and regulatory challenges.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the Workiva platform for customers in financial reporting, sustainability disclosure, tax transparency, and audit. The role blends customer delivery with hands-on AI development, including agent-based workflows and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Experience delivering software solutions to enterprise customers is preferred.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent architectures, RAG, and AI lifecycle management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest customer problems end-to-end across multiple deployments.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows with governance and human review in regulated environments.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to regulatory, operations, and IT stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
• Turn field learnings into patterns and reusable platform capabilities for Product and Engineering.
