Job summary

Deloitte seeks a ServiceNow Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled solutions for clients, embedding with teams to identify needs and shape outcomes. You will drive architecture decisions, deliver production-grade code, and contribute reusable assets within an FDE pod.

The role requires 3+ years in software/analytics and 1+ years building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions, plus travel ~50% and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of software/data/analytics engineering experience.
• 1+ years building GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments.
• 1+ years leading engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• 1+ years of reliable, well-documented code.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients to identify business needs and translate GenAI use cases into solutions.
• Partner with leaders to align priorities and delivery.
• Lead sessions to shape solutions and drive outcomes.
• Prototype and deliver GenAI solutions with industry expertise.
• Mentor newer team members within an FDE pod.
• Build AI-enabled solutions and scalable engineering patterns.
• Deliver production-quality code with testing, CI/CD, logging and docs.
