AIG is building a groundbreaking Generative AI team focused on creating scalable GenAI solutions for insurance and beyond. You will lead GenAI research, develop Agentic AI systems, and guide the strategy for Model Context Protocol integration across enterprise systems.

The role requires a Ph.D. with 2+ years of industry experience and hands-on expertise in ML, deep learning, and GenAI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as we push the boundaries of AI in production.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. with 2+ years industry experience.
• Translate research in agentic AI, RL, and reasoning into practical solutions.
• Experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, LangChain) in production.
• Strong ML, Deep Learning and GenAI hands-on and research skills.
• Published work in GenAI or Agentic design is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• GenAI research and application: design architectures for LLMs and multimodal models; ensure data science solutions are accurate, scalable and adopted by the business.
• Agentic system development: design enterprise-grade Agentic solutions, curate data, and optimize model performance.
• Define long-term GenAI research strategy aligned with business goals; own algorithms and provide documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams; translate research findings into actionable insights.
• Advance GenAI expertise through learning, conferences, and publications; share knowledge within the team.
