Job summary

AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Data Science to lead an enterprise-level generative AI team within a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

You will oversee data scientists, guide model development, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in NLP and generative AI, with prior experience managing teams and delivering practical AI-powered solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level data science projects in production environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic frameworks.
• Proven ability to mentor junior data scientists and deliver on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of data science and generative AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop technical delivery plans and ensure on-time shipping of solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior data scientists.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM effectiveness and data quality.
