Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a senior AI-driven QA transformation lead to drive GenAI-powered testing across the software lifecycle. You will steer the adoption of AI-assisted automation, design intelligent agents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable testing platforms.

You will mentor engineers and QA professionals, shaping governance, metrics, and roadmaps that raise productivity, quality, and release velocity in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI & agentic AI experience across testing lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Python/Java and AI-enabled test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLM ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Experience leading globally distributed QE teams and delivering measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead GenAI-powered testing transformation across STLC.
• Design intelligent agents for test generation, design reviews, and self-healing automation.
• Develop prompt engineering and model orchestration strategies for reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product owners to deploy AI platforms.
