Job summary

BlackCube Labs is seeking a Principal Architect – Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms. This role requires guiding architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, secure deployments.

You will mentor engineering teams, define AI observability and governance standards, and partner with customers to drive AI transformation across complex enterprise environments. Remote work within the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with API integrations and microservices.
• Customer-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise apps, APIs, and data platforms.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
• Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.
