Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a technically skilled QA automation professional to integrate Generative AI into the software testing lifecycle. You will develop GenAI-assisted UI/API test automation, build automation frameworks, and guide adoption strategies aligned with client goals.

You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers and stakeholders, mentoring teams in GenAI best practices and governance. This role emphasizes responsible AI and enterprise-scale quality programs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Generative AI and agentic AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG.

Responsibilities

• Build and test GenAI-assisted UI/API test automation code.
• Design and implement automation frameworks and prompt systems across cross-functional initiatives.
• Define automation and GenAI adoption roadmap aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, PMs, and stakeholders; mentor teams.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices and enterprise-scale quality programs.
