The role requires 15+ years in software architecture, deep GenAI expertise, and hands-on python development. You will define standards, mentor teams, and guide customers through AI transformation while collaborating across enterprise data systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Software Engineering/Architecture.
• Experience delivering GenAI/Agentic AI at enterprise scale.
• Strong Python development background and production-grade systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
• Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.
