Job summary

IPolarity LLC is seeking an Enterprise GenAI Architect to lead onsite GenAI-powered automation across the Software Testing Lifecycle in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on AI-assisted testing, agentic frameworks, and scalable platform integration.

You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and QA teams to define roadmaps, governance, and deployment strategies, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and speed-to-market.

Qualifications

• 16–20 years of QE, test architecture, and test automation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise testing transformations.
• Proven ability to drive AI-powered QA initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption of GenAI-powered automation across the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Design intelligent agents for test generation, design reviews, and automation scripts.
• Develop AI governance, security considerations, and model lifecycle practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and QA teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Mentor teams on GenAI best practices, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies.
