• Prepare ADM effort estimates with capability SMEs.
• Design staffing models for onshore/offshore/nearshore delivery.
• Create solution plan decks for sales and delivery alignment.
• Lead solution reviews with global leadership.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals and SOWs.
• Present and defend solutions in forums.
• Transition the solution to delivery post-deal closure.
• Travel may be required (10–25%).
