Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Practice Director, Generative AI to set the GenAI GTM strategy across Google Cloud, driving product business generation and global execution. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and regional GTM teams to shape the GenAI solutions portfolio and fuel regional sales growth.

You will balance strategic alignment with hands-on leadership, remove blockers to enterprise AI maturity, and report progress to senior leaders while coordinating with regional sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, Go-To-Market strategy, or business development with a focus on Cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience in Generative AI portfolios.
• Experience defining and executing global sales plays, analyzing performance metrics, and managing a macro Rhythm of the Business (ROB).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product general managers as the Global Sales point of contact and align on the Global Solutions Portfolio Management process for the broader AI suite.
• Provide visibility into product performance and own pipeline, revenue forecasting, and annual planning.
• Design, staff, and support major business plays, ensuring regional teams have updates and competitive intelligence.
• Transform field insights into the Google Cloud AI product roadmap and address data readiness and integration challenges.
