Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in CS/CE/IS or related field with sufficient credits.
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms and enterprise admin consoles.
• Ability to translate vendor docs into operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Readiness Model Design: design access provisioning, license management, and account administration models for AI platforms.
• Monitoring & Escalation: build usage, performance, and service-health monitoring processes.
• Compliance Standards Development: align with security, privacy, and data classification requirements.
• Vendor Liaison: work with AI platform vendors during pilots, ticketing, and licensing changes.
• Pilot Execution: run structured pilots with onboarding departments and gather feedback.
• Security Review Coordination: partner with cybersecurity on security implications and deployment standards.
