Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience, including engineering/architecture leadership.
• 5+ years in site reliability engineering or platform operations, supporting production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability, observability and operational readiness of the AI platform.
• Establish runbooks, SLIs/SLAs, and incident response practices.
• Build observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Oversee deployment and operation of Azure infrastructure and services (Azure API Management, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Entra ID, Terraform).
• Promote infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive automation of recurring operational tasks using Python, Bash and PowerShell.
• Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams for security event feeds and SIEM integrations.
• Manage client relationships, prioritize the project queue and align with business goals.
