Scale AI is seeking a product leader to own the lifecycle of a GenAI platform for public sector use, including design, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder delivery across government entities. You will drive cross-functional execution, align engineering scope and budgets, and ensure secure, compliant deployments in national defense workflows while fostering data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years building ML-powered or enterprise-facing products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI for large-scale settings.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ambiguity.
• Top Secret security clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development from requirements to launch.
• Define product strategy and prioritization across programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, marketing, finance.
• Engage with government agencies to align objectives and requirements.
• Manage scope, project plans and budgets for multiple initiatives.
• Ensure secure operation within controlled networks for national defense.
