Job summary

Hexion seeks a Senior Manager to Define and own the enterprise GenAI platform strategy, delivering production‑grade infrastructure across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and Manufacturing. You’ll lead reusable services in grounding, memory, evaluation, and LLMOps to accelerate AI outcomes.

You’ll partner with Data & Analytics, establish AI quality standards, and embed security, Responsible AI and cost governance across solutions, driving reliability and scale for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10 years in software architecture
• 3-5 years AI/ML engineering
• 3 years leading GenAI or enterprise AI platform delivery at scale
• Experience shipping GenAI or distributed AI systems at enterprise scale

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of core GenAI platform services across the enterprise
• Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure AI-ready data foundations
• Establish LLMOps and AI quality standards with evaluation frameworks and release gates
• Embed security, privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance across solutions
• Own operational excellence and cost governance including SLOs and dashboards
• Run AI Innovation portfolio and guide architecture for AI POVs
