Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a senior leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Enterprise AI Platform, including IBM ICA as a core enterprise platform. You will partner with architecture, engineering, security and delivery teams to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and production-ready while building the team and operating discipline to sustain and evolve it.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
10+ years in platform operations, service management, or SRE.
Experience with AI/ML production platforms and governance.
Strong monitoring, observability, incident handling, and RCA skills.
Proven leadership across cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own Enterprise AI platform roadmap and governance.
Translate roadmap into delivery dependencies for architecture and delivery teams.
Lead vendor relationships, licensing, and commercial oversight.
Manage AI platform cost, license governance, and budgeting alignment.
Build and lead the platform support model with internal and consultant resources.
Establish production readiness standards, security, and monitoring.
Ensure platform reliability and incident/risk management.
Collaborate across architecture, engineering, security, and delivery teams.
Define platform performance KPIs and inform staffing and operating models.
