Job summary

Hitachi is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Agent Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will define scalable AI platforms, governance, and agent ecosystems across organizational lines, partnering with business, security, data, and engineering leaders.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or cloud platforms.
7+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions.
Deep expertise with Microsoft AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and AI governance.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Proven leadership experience influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise AI strategy, architecture standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps.
Architect and govern AI platforms leveraging major cloud AI services.
Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems.
Drive adoption of interoperability standards and enterprise integration patterns.
Build enterprise knowledge architectures using knowledge graphs and semantic layers.
Establish AI governance and agent governance frameworks covering security, compliance, and policy enforcement.
Provide technical leadership for LLMOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native operations.
