Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect for Payments within AWS Global Sales. You will partner with customer teams to design GenAI/ML solutions on AWS, driving adoption of Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore, and related services across the AMERICAS.

This role combines deep technical advisory with thought leadership and hands-on architecture work. Expected travel 20-30% for customer workshops and executive briefings; you will influence solution patterns, provide feedback to product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers' development, data science, and AI engineering teams to understand business and technical needs and design solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, Business Development, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the Americas for AWS GenAI/ML services.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, sample code, and events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, and broader AI/ML service teams for feedback and feature requests.
• Develop and support an internal GenAI community across the Americas.
